Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using OwnerAir (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OwnerAir provides a web-based platform for shared aircraft ownership groups to manage scheduling, flight logging, billing, maintenance tracking, and communications. The Service is provided “as is.”

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or legal entity per account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or interfere with the Service's operation.

5. Billing and payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data and content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

OwnerAir is a record-keeping and communication tool. It does not provide aviation safety, maintenance, or regulatory compliance advice. Flight decisions, airworthiness determinations, and regulatory compliance remain the sole responsibility of the aircraft owners and pilots in command.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwnerAir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to the account administrator. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
