1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account and using OwnerAir: your email address, display name, flight logs, fuel receipt images, and aircraft data. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use your information
Your data is used to operate OwnerAir: scheduling, flight logging, billing calculations, notifications, and generating invoices. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Third-party services
We use the following services to operate OwnerAir:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Vercel — application hosting
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Google Gemini — receipt and logbook image processing (OCR)
- Cloudflare — DNS and edge security
Receipt images are sent to Google Gemini for text extraction. We do not store images beyond what is necessary for the feature. Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., completed billing records).
5. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on database tables, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth.
